Standard Dispersions: General purpose pigment dispersion used primarily for the manufacture of water flexo and gravure inks. Typical properties of the standard line are 32-35% pigment load, 4:1 pigment-to-binder ratio, no alcohols, wetting agents, glycols or surfactants. Due to the additive-free nature of these dispersions, they offer exceptional compatibility and can be used with a wide variety of vehicles and substrates.
Resinless Dispersions: Contain 40% pigment load and are formulated with the identical surfactant package, therefore, have extreme inter-compatibility. This series of dispersion is currently being used successfully in preprint, newsprint, towel and tissue, publication gravure, gift wrap, film, cup and wallpaper ink applications. This system also allows the formulator to produce inks with high pigment load, exceptional transfer properties, water resistance, and alkaline resistance.
Latex Dispersions: Designed and formulated to be compatible with natural and nitrile latex. Primary application for this system is balloons, gloves, condoms, and medical tubing
pH Stable Dispersions: Designed and formulated to have a pH range between 6.5-8.5. The design of this line was to give the ink formulator an ink that would help eliminate adjustments on press due to pH.
Paper Dispersions: Non-foaming dispersions designed and formulated to be used for internally coloring paper for tissue, decorative laminates, matte boards, and other fine papers. These dispersions are replacing conventional dyes, where light fastness, bleed, and brilliance are critical. They also offer cleaner
affluent water.
